I know there are a lot of people who do not like Norton however even the most hard core anti Symantic people should at least take a look. I installed it as an update from my NIS08. It removes the old completely and installs the new version quickly. For me with DSL about two and a half minutes even with that crappy "Celron" processer.(which I will never own again) Some programs however had to be updated to run correctly with it which wasted a lot of my time finding out. I wished they would provide a user manual or guide explaining this and the options because there is a lot of customizing that can be done. It is way way lighter on recourses as compared to the 08. Honestly even with the limitations of this computer I am impressed. Things run faster and smoother as compared to 08. Before some of you Guys jump on me for this post please check it out first.:D
