N2 (@ 82) had power supply problem from the getgo - only 26 transponders could be used
N1 had no problems except that both N1/N2 are underpowered for West Coast Canada areas. By having other satellites take over some of the duty at each location, they can ramp the power on remaining N1/N2 transponders.
