I've noticed in the programming guides I find on the web for Canada that there is two NHL Networks listed for Canada. You'll find it for Rogers cable, Star Choice, and Bell TV. It'll list one as NHLNCAN (meaning NHL Network Canada) and the other one as NHLNHD.

I look at the listings and they have the same programming lineup for the HD version as the U.S. version. For example, tomorrow's (3/25) game on TSN is Calgary @ Pittsburgh. It's not shown on the NHLNCAN because TSN has it on. However, the listings show that it's on the NHL Network HD.

So, what's going on? They don't have an NHL Network HD in Canada? And if they are showing the U.S. version in HD do they blackout the Wednesday nights game(s) from TSN and the Saturday HNIC games on CBC. Obviously you'd have to watch them on TSN and CBC in Canada and not on the NHL Network HD.

I'm just curious. Someone knows what's going on.

Zap2it lists channel 238 as NHLHD. In reality, Channel 238 is PPV; it shows standard def Oilers, Flames, and Canucks games.
