Does anyone know if the new VS. channel will be broadcasting in HD. Last spring we had the NHL channel to view play-off games on in HD and I am wondering if we will see regular season games the same way this season. Wednesday night is opening night. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Ziglet, I was wondering the same thing myself. Those with HD Dvr's, if they extend out to Wednesday night, can you tell us what the guide shows for the PPV or NBA station and if it is showing the Versus game will be on?

The Vs. Website indicates 25 High Def games. From another thread that I started, we determined there should be minimum of 3 HD hockey games per night if you have NHL CI, due to the recent RSN-HD uplinks. Dish would not confirm ... but CSR's know little about most topics.

If you two can draft Wednesday and want to play roto fantasy hockey, PM me.

I have a Vip622 and as of yet there is no EPG data for any Center Ice channel other than 540. In fact, there is no other Center Ice Channel visible in the guide at all, and as of yet no EPG for the Sabres vs. Carolina Opening HD game on the Versus (OLN) network other than the SD Versus Network feed.
