Eagles have released RB Brian Westbrook
How sickening would it be for Chargers fans after watching Drew Brees win a Super Bowl, to then watch LT go to Atlanta and back up Turner as they win one? I think they need more help than that, but it could happen.

First B. Dawkins, now Westy? Wow. Diehard Iggle fans must be reeling!
* Hanson works for the team, but has to enter the building through the front entrance. Team employees and players go through the back.
* Hanson is not allowed to enter the "football" area of the building, just the administrative side. He was not allowed to attend home games.
* Initially, these conditions were only supposed to last four weeks. On January 28, Hanson was told by Al Davis the segregation would remain in place as long as Hanson remained with the team. (That makes us wonder if he held off filing the suit until he learned his estrangement was permanent.)

He's probably got a pretty good case (his jaw didnt break itself) and if it really does go to trial we'll all finally find out the nitty gritty details that few/any of us care to hear.
Patriots have signed WR David Patten to a 1 year deal.
Why would you stay with a company...in this case, a team....if you were assulted by another employee...then sue?!
It's been alleged that Broncos RB Knowshon Moreno was involved in a bar fight in Athens, GA and punched a guy in the face. No charges or anything filed yet.
