NFL and animal planet hd

I don't know if anyone can answer my question but when I was going through my guide today I noticed that Animal Planet HD and NFL network HD were in red and when I tried to go to them it told me it was a subscription channel. Now I have the everything pack and I also have both channels in SD which I can watch. Any reason I am not getting them in HD, I always had them before this weekend.
