Hi Guys, Hope someone can help me. I'm a newbie with this satellite stuff. My parents own the above and currently only use it to capture rtp (portuguese station) they are elderly and retired. My dad is wanting to capture the globo channel on the brasilian network. I was wondering if there receiver can capture this station and where I can set the dish to??? He was also wanting to replace the samsung dsr2700 with a veiwsat platinum fta receiver?? Is it worth it should he bother or can he pick up what he wants to with the samsung receiver he already has? They also previously had a direct tv dish wondering if maybe i should hook up the reciever to the old direct tv dish? Also I remember once getting a ton of channels on the fta but now they only get rtp?? Should they be getting more?
I know i have a lot of questions but I appreciate any help?
