Newbie FTA Install - It was cake!

Well I have my FTA system installed.

You can't believe how lucky I was.

As soon as I flipped on the 2500 and did the initial antenna setup, it said I had 85% signal strength and 35% Quality. I bumped it a few notches W and have 75% quality without any declination/skew adjustments. I have it pointed at T5 right now. I ran out of daylight and the skeeters are pretty thick. So tomorrow I will do some more tweaking. *itch*itch*scratch*

So far I can see over 100 TV and 40+ audio channels. Too bad I don't understand a damn thing they are saying.. *grin*

I still have to figure out how to move the dish.

I'm not one to RTFM. (Read the *bleeping* manual)

Just wanted to report on my luck setting it up.

you must be on IA5 (T5)

It isnt too bad as long as you have elevation right and know approx where azimuth is.
