I'm hoping it will work with my SlingBox. We shall see. If nothing else, there are a LOT of features we can look forward to!

I'd like to report that it works beautifully! It is sooooo nice to watch stuff thats not squished. The widescreen settings are a welcome addition. Now I dont have to remember to stretch my 942 with my remote before I leave town.

Yes, it seems to work great, at least it didn't break anything.

This version fixes the bug where if you maximized it on a secondary monitor, any activity on the other monitor would cause the controls to appear. Now only moving the mouse to the monitor where the slingplayer is running (or clicking on the desktop) does that.

I'm still looking for a remote code to control the MRX-1000 if anybody can help with that.
