New V-BOX DisEqC 1.2 Antenna Positioner?

I just got an email about another new product.

V-BOX DP710 DisEqC 1.2 Antenna Positioner

This is supposed to control a big dish actuator.

Q for you dealers out there:

What is the difference between the older V-Box II and the newly released V-BOX?

I can't find any info on it. It doesn't seem to come with a remote like the II model did, so does that mean that the unit is transparent and takes its cues from a DisEqC 1.2 receiver only?

I've been toying with taking my friend up on removing her big dish and this would seem to be the ticket for controlling it in conjunction with my PANSAT.
