Hook or not hook,All it does or say boot then it goes to channel 1 or2.I set it to to Galaxy10R.This recevier doesn't have to be loaded if it has blindscan?

I have 2 Traxis 3500 and they work flawlessly.

Did you do a blind scan?
Do you have a motor on it?
Do you have a dish pointed to Galaxy10R?

When it goes to channel 1 or 2 are you seeing a channel?

I do have a motor.
My dish is pointing to Galaxy 10R
Can't do a blindscan .
All it all i can do is move to channel1or2
My Azimuth ok
Elevation ok
Could it be my remote?
Maybe my box or remote sensor!

What happens when you press Menu on the remote?

I change the batteries samething, yes it does turn on and off with the remote. I push every botton nothing! Ipush channel up 1 OK then channel 2 ok that all .
I get no menu no blindscan, just channel 1 and channel2 if i select

bene when you push menu you should get a screen with options, will your rec not do that at all?
If no, sounds like firmware may be corrupted. You can't set up satellites or anything with no menu.

A software library is at DMS international - it doesn't have a "Q" listing yet - if yours is a "Q" let me know and I can PM to you where to find that.

I already sent a PM with the location of the "Q" file to you - as that is what the newest 3500 models are.
