Welcome to SatelliteGuys Trapper!
We would be glad to help you get it going.
First of all how do you know, your dish is pointed properly at G19 or AMC6?
When you say GEOSATpro do you mean a dish or receiver or both?
If a dish what receiver are you using?
If a receiver what dish are you using and LNBF?
Sounds like a receiver or at least an ALi chip-set.
On Signal strength is can be a little misleading. If you have 0% it means no LNBF or a bad one or bad connection.
If you have 45% then it is detecting a LNBF/LNB.
80-90% mean you have a signal of some kind.
Now that is all under signal strength, which like I said can be misleading.
The thing you want to look for is the quality bar. When it starts lighting up that means you have actually detected a signal.
That is the one that you want to peak on.
Is your LNBF skewed in the holder for G19 or AMC6?
Go to dishpointer.com and enter your address and then select the bird you want to shoot for and it will tell you the skew.
It will also tell you the elevation and azimuth for your dish.
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask all the questions you need.
