I have been lurking for a time here in the forums and finally decided to post. I have had my Hopper system for about a month now and seem to be having the common problem that many are having with the DVR guide and video/audio stream freezing. A Hard Reset always resolves the problem, but I am concerned at the repetition of the problem. I attempted to send a message to one of the DISH guys at the bottom of the forum, but it keeps telling me I have to post first in order to send a private message. So, Here is my post. Perhaps I will get an answer in one place or the other.
