I'm pretty new to all of this... I have a Dish 500 Dual legacy Dish. I also have a Dish Network SW44 switch on the line. I'm trying to get programming from BEV 1,3 and 2. For some reason it never picks up BEV 2 at all, but that's for another day I suppose...

I preformed a blind scan with my Dish 300 on BEV 1,3 and received 294 TV and 74 music stations. I then preformed another blind scan with my Dish 500 Dual on BEV 1,3 and received 288 TV and 74 music stations.

But, for some reason quite a few of the channels show up as "searching for signal" and ones right next to them come in fine.

For example, DEJA 2636 comes in, the next channel: TVLand 2637 does not. I would say this effects 30-40% of the channels. When I pointed it, I received over 60% signal and quality... I'm unsure what could be causing this...

Here are my settings...

For Dish 300 (single LNB):
Nimiq 1,3 91.0W
Lnb power: On
LNB Type: OCS-DP
LNB Freq: 11250
22KHz: Off
TP Freq: 12224
Search option: All
DiQEqC 1.0: None
Motor: Off
Legacy SW: None

For Dish 500 (dual LNB w/SW44 Switch):
Nimiq 1,3 91.0W
Lnb power: On
LNB Type: OCS-DP
LNB Freq: 11250
22KHz: On
TP Freq: 12224
Search option: All
DiQEqC 1.0: None
Motor: Off
Legacy SW: SW42 Dish1

If it will help, I can send a list of transponders that have signal and those that don't (or only those that don't)...

This is a list of items I have at my disposal:

Dish 500 Dual legacy unit with SW44 switch
Dish 500 "fatboy" (has no dish pro label) dual lnb unit
Dish 300 single LNB unit

Any idea why I'm missing channels from 1,3? Any other suggestions?
