New Sling Adapter/DishOnline.com message

Today when I try to play anything from my DVR through DishOnline I'm seeing this message -

"Your retail Slingbox is not compatible with Dish Remote Access (Error 27)(27)."

I don't have a retail slingbox (well I do, but not on this receiver), I have a Sling Adapter connected to my 722. As usual, if I go to dish.sling.com instead of DOL everything works perfectly. DOL really needs a lot of work if Dish are going to keep offering this service

Will you PM your phone number or account number?

Try resetting the receiver if you haven't already. Also try clicking the "home" icon and make sure you are connecting to the proper receiver.
