I just bought a new SD Tivo off Ebay to replace one I already had becouse one of the tuners went bad. My question is, will I be able to use the access card from my old Tivo to activate the new one or the one that is coming with the new tivo, or will DirectTV want to send me a new card? If they do insist on sending me a new card can I get them to ship it to my billing address instead of my service address? My other question is will DirectTV give me any trouble adding a 7th receiver to my account? Thanks people.

Yes, you should be able to use your old card (as long as it isn't one of the old cards they no longer (want to) support), you will have to call them and have them remarry it to the new STB though, if they make you get a new one, it is only 20 dollars, and they will credit your account with so it costs you nothing, as for where they will ship it, I can't tell you for sure.
