Release: November 29th, 2012
Major Operational Firmware Update is now available.
GEOSATpro firmware GSPMHD_0.13_11142012 for USB Update
or
OTA-SSU updating via satellite Galaxy 19, transponder frequency 12115 (Do not change any other settings in the Manual Update Menu screen).
Warning: The GSP_MHD_013 update is a main system file and will overwrite your settings and channel scans. We strongly recommend users to perform a complete factory reset after the firmware update and use the attached new Satellite/ Transponder list. If you use a switch or motor, you will need reconfigure and re-enter your location Longitude and Latitude settings.
Important Notice: Before updating the firmware, Please back-up your current firmware to an USB - Save to USB (ALLCODE) .abs
December 2, 2012 Important Clarification about loading .udf files created with previous firmware versions. We DO NOT recommend loading old User Database files (.udf) that were saved on previous firmware versions. While the saved .udf file may be fine and cause no operational issues, the file could contain data that will cause the microHD to enter a reboot cycle. Please follow our recommendation of rebuilding your channel list using the database file that is in this firmware.
