New message?

My wife was watching the local ABC station (Regis & Kelly) yesterday and the picture goes away. Instead of the usual "Please Stand By", or "Technical Difficulties" a blue screen with a message about not calling as they are aware of the problem and working with the provider. The message did not say who not to call. Is this something new from E*, or have I missed something?

um, they are saying there are technical difficulties, they know it, and please dont bug them.

I'm guessing it was your local ABC station that put that screen up.
