New install - anything to be wary of?

I signed up for AT 250 and HD Essentials and locals for 5 sets. Two boxes (one "enhanced" which I assume is a 722 and one other) for 4 sets and I guess I'll have to put a splitter off of one to go to the 5th set.

I'm in NW NC and I think the dish has to be pointed WSW. If that's correct then there is a roof area (over a non-living space) where the dish can be mounted.

Anything to be wary of, installation wise? Like which dish gets installed, ill-advised shortcuts that might be attempted?

If you're in North Carolina, I'd probably want to get a wing dish pointed at 61.5 for HD. This dish would point SE. If you're HD locals would be added in the next couple years, it probably would be from this location.

Thanks, I should be getting some local HD according to E*, on the 61.5 sat. Am I going to need one dish or two?

Two. A Dish 500 pointed at 110/119 and probably another dish 500 with 1 LNB at 61.5. Dish has a 1 dish east coast solution in the works (see the Eastern Arc sticky thread), but that isn't available yet.
