HTC announces the HTC Flyer, a 7-inch tablet with tablet-specific HTC Sense | Android Central
The HTC Flyer looks very interesting. 7" Tablet running Android 2.4 (not Honeycomb, but Gingerbread 2), with sense, 1.5GHz processor, and apparently ability to write on screen with a stylus as well as normal touch screen tools.
Supposedly 2.4 will be Ice cream (Gingerbread with backward support for Honeycomb features). Beautiful.
Confirms my view that Froyo/Gingerbread are perfectly functional for Tablets, and in a 7" form-factor, this one looks very interesting. Can't wait to see it.
