Thanks for the info,
I downloaded it and everything seems to be working perfectly
I did have to do a second run thru, because I lost my OTA antenna set up funtions as well, but all came right back after the reboot and it seems to be working great still/again.
Now I have to re train myself to only hit the guide button once.
I wonder if this is going to be implimented on other receiver like this ?

What is the version Number?
What is the version number you see in menu setup after you download it?

Do the reboot then when the 1st blue screen comes on the tv then hit your 02468

jimbo or anyone else.....when they did the software upgrade on the 10th, i saw it listed in the history part of the menu.....that lists what i've recorded, deleted or is still in the que to watch. does this mean i'm suppose to do something else? i got the impression, this was a done deal? thanks.
What you see in your history list is the " National download " the one that EVERYONE got.
You do not need to download it tonight if everything is workingthe way you want it.
Many are downloading the Cutting Edge releases to try and help D* fix problems and this way D* has a sounding board to get a broader idea if thier new code worked the way they planned.
You can download it tonight if you want, 11pm- 2 am.

Correct, Game Lounge is only activated in this latest CE release.
What the CE releases are: They are truely BETA, not ready for prime time. DirecTV is working closely with DBSTalk on this beta/CE program. So if people report no problems with Game Lounge over the next week or so then it will make it into the next national release most likely.
