New HD Channel? (Cavs HD)

Hi all I live in Northeast Ohio and have service from TWC, I am now getting Olympics HD channel which is universal HD, but there is another channel that has also showed up in my guide called Cavs HD, which is the Cleveland Cavaliers. The channel shows the cavs games in HD but that is it. The rest of the day the screen says Rainbow network communications Bethpage New York Technical Operations Center.

Anyone have any idea what this channel is?

I have called TWC and the have no clue what I am talking about. They can not find any info for that channel or Universal HD
