new dish customer, please help

i recently had dish hd installed, and unfortunately when i got back this week from a road trip i noticed ravehd channel was missing. is this permanent? is there something wrong with my service? (i pay for the most expensive package! )

rave is my favorite channel and was a big reason i opted for sattelite service.

Um, yeah... All the VOOM channels are gone and RAVE was a VOOM channel.

Hopefully VOOM 15 (including Rave) will come back. Charlie Ergen is a hardball negotiator and has played this game before, pulling channels as he did with courtv, lifetime and others last year.
