My 87 year old mother had DishFamily for 19.99 installed last week finally getting rid of TW. She now wants to get a higher package probably AT120. Will she get it at the discount price 29.99 for the first year? Also they did a follow up visit this week to make sure everything was ok. Is this the norm? So far she happy,she just wants some channels that are not on DishFamily. Thanks Dish!

Hi, we would like to welcome your Mom to the DISH Network family!! Yes, she can change her programming to the AT120 and for the remainder of her first 12 months, she will get the promotional credit. We do have a quality control department that will come & check installations to make sure everything is working well for our customers.
