Better read your business rules. A customer can generally only get that deal from their original retailers. Most retailers I know are not offering the $249 price to those who they won't get reimbursed for.

Just ask many that have posted in this forum about their frustration with this promotion. DISH doesn't offer it directly, and most retailers can't do anything unless they originally installed the customer.

We have, on the other hand, been honoring the price for other customers just to help them out.
