Netflix on 302 does not work

I have never been able to use Netflix on my hopper with sling. I just says it has problems and to check connections. I have a Chromecast and it works with Netflix so I don't know. Called dish they told me to call Netflix and Netflix told me to call Dish

Save yourself the aggravation and just get a streaming device like a Roku or Firestick. The netflix app on the Hoppers is garbage and they don't seem to care at all. The last time someone in my house used it, it would NOT exit netflix and I had to reset the hopper to get out of it. I then told everyone NOT to use netflix on the hopper, took the channel out of my channel list to keep people from having easy access to it.
