Still kinda baffling that A&E, formerly known as Arts and Entertainment, would ditch their acclaimed, highest rated scripted series and replace it w/ the Jenny McCarthy/Don Walhburg reality series about their marriage.

Here's hoping Netflix does pick it up.

Not really baffling... Time Warner (and CBS via partnership) own Longmire, unlike other shows A&E does not see a back end revenue stream with the show, making it much more expensive than other shows...

Honestly, ive been more impressed with netflix handling of series than most other stations. If they pick it up, Ill likely watch.

I'm not a Netflix customer but if they are the only outlet for Longmire I may have to sign up. Can service be started and stopped at will? I wouldn't need it for anything else.

yep, it is monthly, no contract.

Confirmed..... Longmire is back courtesy of Netflix.

Gotta admit am surprised....but very very pleased.

I agree completely. Now I'll likely have to binge watch the new season.
