Maybe they should do it for disc pick up instead of relying on the post office to mail it back. I watched a movie Thursday 2/20, mailed it back the same day by going to the post office and dropping it in the mailbox inside of the building and they lost it. Shame on the US government tarnishing my spotless netflix dvd rental record. Shame.
