NESN HD in the standard HD package?

Is NESN HD now available via Direct TV through their HD package IN New England? Or do I need to subscribe separately to some sort of Direct TV sports package at say $9.99 a month to get it?

If its your home RSN (based on service zip), otherwise you must pay extra.
