Need Twinhan 1020A driver.

I have a twinhan 1020a computer sat tuner and I can't find the driver anywhere. Does anyone have a copy of it?

what os i got a v 64 bit, these cards only work with less than 4 gb ram... also if u have a pci-e vid card its difficult to get these cards to work (the 1020a wants the first pci slot available & incorrectly reads the pci-e as the first available)... if u have linux i think the 878 is natively supported in the bigger distros
