Need some help

I can get the new channels by manually entering the channel numbers on the remote, but they are not appearing in my guide. So, if I just do channel up or down I still get the SD version. I had reset my receiver at 6 am. How do I get the guide to update?

Guide repopulates on it's own. Make sure you don't have favorites list set.

Try a power rest also.
