Need parts for a SM3D12 H-H motor

I have a stripped cog in my motor. Anyone had a place to order exact replacement parts?

I would contact your retailer or Sadoun as I know they sell the motors so they MAY have the parts. I installed one of these motors recently, hopefully someone will be able to help some more.

Thank ya, I did e-mail them, but no reply as of yet. I'll give them another day and e-mail them again or maybe call.

Just an update. I have found a company called "Stock Drive Products" and an engineer there is going to build the nylon gears I neeed for the SM3D12. I am going to have 50 made so if anyone else comes up with this problem, now there is a source for the gears.

No offence, but I called twice and wrote your company twice and never heard from anybody. I wish I had come across you when I was trying. Anyway, I contacted the manufacturer in Slovenia and they are shipping the parts I need at no cost. Thanks for your post though, if I have another problem. I'll try to contact you.
