Need much help please!

I need some help hopefully someone knows how. After purchasing 2 dishnet 322 receivers and going thru heck to install them (correctly). Dish network says that the cannot authorize them. I (supposedly) cannot change my account to a lease account to get them authorized. If anyone knows a way or anything I would appreciate the help. Thanks!
