i really hope someone in here can help me. several months ago i had to get a new joey, since then i have had issues like crazy. it started with getting 1303 and 1305 notices. when i called the company for help they said my software on the joey and hopper were outdated, they both start with s. they said once the system updates everything will be fine. well the software still starts with an s and i still get the 1303 and 1305 codes. now my guide is not updating and last week my system stopped recording shows. any help is greatly appreciated.
