need help with setup

Hi,
I am new and kinda clueless. I am trying to setup my dish network while I am at my cabin not far from my home. I have a 322g receiver and and a DP plus twin LNB and I have a Dish 500 dish ..I hook everything up and get a signal but it locates the signels and after it hits 100% it cuts out and starts to locate satellite info again. Any ideas??

If you haven't already you should run a check switch test.

Does it state "looking for additional satellites" while you are on the signal strength screen? If so then wait and let it do that then that message will go away.
