Need Help With Samsung SUHD

I guys a few weeks ago I picked up a Samsung 65JS850D from BJ's. My router was in another room and when I tried to stream some 4k material it would play for a like a minute or two then buffer, unless I turned down the resolution to a lower quality. I have Fios with a 50/50 connection. I moved the router right next to the tv and got a cat 7 ethernet cable as recommended in the manual. I am still having issues. I found a website (speedof.me) that does html5 speed test it is showing on the tv I am getting 19/23. However if I do a speed test with wifi on my laptop sitting about 15ft from the router I am getting 39/40. Any help to getting a better streaming experience would be greatly appreciated.
