Need help with remote

I have a 21.0 remote for my DTV pal DVR that is set to control volume on my old AVR.
I need to reset it to control the volume on the TV instead and I don't recall how.
Can anyone help with instructions.

n0qcu Here is copy of a page from a 21.0 user guide I have. Not sure if it is a little different or not from the PDF version I had saved in my HD. Let me know if you need codes.
