Need Help with HR21-100

Last night we had a little mishap at home and the HDMI cable in the back of the receiver became unplugged and after hooking it back up the system locked and required a reboot.

After rebooting, the HR21 will no longer record two shows at once and only allows us to watch whatever is recording if something is recording.

I've checked the back of the receiver multiple times and everything seems to be hooked up correctly.

When running the Diagnostics test is says:

Tuner 1: TV, record
Tuner 2: TV

And that's what I'm wondering.

Does anyone have an suggestions on what I can do to get it fixed? Thanks in advance.

Problem solved. The recent software update didn't go through and now it did and life is good. Mods can lock or delete thread now.
