Need help tuning in Fox video on G10R

The Fox channel on 12114 has never had any audio or video for me. My Pansat 3500 blind scanned it in ok and the quality is 60%. I checked Lyngsat for the correct Audio and Video PID's and adjusted them accordingly, the Pansat was incorrect. Still didn't help. I finally found the audio at 36. I've been adjusting the VPID manually but can't seem to find it. When I do a Transponder scan or Advanced scan the VPID found is 3601 and according to Lyngsat it's suppose to be 37. Also the channel name comes up with a $ sign in front of it ($TV1). If it's a scrambled channel then I won't mess with it anymore but Lyngsat says it's Free. Thanks.

its scrambled. They did it a while back. You can hear the audio though
