Need help pointing dish

Just got my ea 1000.4 and vip722. I bought the dish used from ebay and have no idea if the skew and elevation is right. I know u should be able to use point dish screen by picking ur dish and and zip but it only gives me dish 300,500 and super 110&119. Im pretty sure I can find south east and I have a signal meter. My location is owosso mi 48867. Anyone can help me thank you.

Have you tried dishpointer.com ? You should be able to get all the data you need there.

Well I have but I need 61.5,72,&77 I think and it gives three diferent elevations 61.5 is like 35, 72 is like 38, & 77 is like 39. Wich is the corect elavation setting I should set the dish at?

Call 1-888-333-DISH.

They will gladly send a guy out to peak your dish and make sure its working...

I bet you could even get him to teach you what the settings are, assuming he can speak english.

By the way. Im joking.
