Need help hooking up 301 to DVD/VCR to TV.

I want to hookup my Emerson /DVD/VCR to my new TV. I want to buse the S cable. Before I had to hook up the cable from the Dish to the DVD/VCR and a cable to TV from the DVD/VCR to the TV. If this is not the proper forum could someone point me in the right forum. Thank you.
