need......help......bad

ok, today i bought a samsung sir-ts360 hdtv ready box and the new phase 3 dish

major headache now, i cant get a signal and i got it out in a clear sky, im talking bout no trees anywhere, the box says boot fail and the tv says cannot find signal. whats the problem?, ive called customer support and waited on hold for an hour and six minutes to no avail. does the plumb matter that much, to not even get a signal at all? please help me
