I live in central VA and am successfully pulling in all channels, 360 degrees and 55 miles from me. I am trying for a long reach to DC - 74 miles. They are changing their mainstay channels 4,5,7 and 9 in place. I need to know what additional UHF channels they may be using to extend those channels. All of the VHF channels I currently receive use additional UHF channels.
Go to RabbitEars.Info and click on "Washington, District of Columbia" for the stations. It's number 11 on the list. "Digital channels" shows each station's actual channel assignment; notations such as "39 --> 7" usually mean a station with a temporary assignment that is changing to another channel at the digital transition.
