confirmed Bishop is married, I still don´t know where did someone get the idea that the husband is a NSA lawyer, it could be, but I don´t remember Bishop mentioning that.
Anyway, I also like the show now with Bishop better than with Ziva, i.e. the chubby mousy gal.

Not the Ziva I know.
She was a lean, mean, a$$ kicking machine!
.
The mousey tech-gal is on NCIS LA, and she happens to be hotter than Bishop, too. ;)

Unfortunately, after awhile the writers got away from the Ass Kicking style for Ziva, she was great in her first few years, later, just became another Investigator.

I am enjoying Bishop more and more every week shje has been on and think she is going to be very good!! good show last night!! :)

Yes, the last few seasons, without the tension between her and Tony, she lagged.
That's why I say the show jumped the shark after about six (?) years.
.
The new Bishop is fine, but doesn't really freshen the show back to its former glory.
I still watch, but long for the old days.
Should I marathon it from the beginning? ;)
.
Same trouble with Tim.
Now he's just another investigator, too.
Not the quirky newbie of old.

I disagree ...

I think Tim and Abby are still Great, Gibbs is ... well Gibbs.
Bishop is coming in nicely, but they need to soon not make her the main object of the show, let her blend in.

I don't think the show is getting old at all.

As for Marathoning from the beginning ...
I think from watching NCIS on USA, I have probably seen 90% of them.
The early years are ones I may have missed a few here and there.

I liked Kate much better than Ziva.
I liked Jenny much better than Vance ... Vance took a LONG time to get use to, he took a long time to mellow and come to trust his crew.

What I DON'T like is how Vance wanted to split up the team at the end of the last few years, that was a stupid move on the writers parts.

I wonder how Ziva will feel if Bishop makes it big on this show .

Kate was just an investigator. Sure she only lasted two seasons, but she didn't bring much diversity to the team. Honestly, if she never left, I think the show would have been very flat. Ziva added more action to the show and made the show a lot better.

Jenny was a good character, but Season 4 took a toll because it talked about her obsession with that arms dealer too much and it kind of cost of life at the end of season 5.

Vance was a tough guy to follow with in the first few seasons with him but he finally settled in and was interwoven with the team.

I never liked Jenny, she just wasn't a good director. Vance at least professionalized the job, the way it was in the first season.
Kate I liked, she was good at her job, and the interaction between her and Tony was hilarious. Ziva was okay, but her being on the team led to way too many terrorist plots devices. I prefer the straight up solve the murder catch the bad guys plots.

Probably comes from me knowing what the real NCIS does and is responsible for.

"Kill Chain": The Department of Defense, including Gibbs' ex-girlfriend, helps the team search for a stolen drone linked to an elusive terrorist.

Good show tonight and should be interesting next week and Mcgee gets a new girl and she gets killed sounds like or hurt real bad!! :)

I liked the episode but I am going to criticize the writers a little bit. That opening scene with Bishop showing a picture of her new parking space is just way way too corny and stupid. Don't make her look special! Make her look like a professional! More of like the ending (Gibbs tells her to find Parsa) than the beginning.
