NC local channels in GA

Recently moved to GA from NC. Ocassionally the local station back in NC broadcasts some games I'm interested in that aren't on any of the sports packages.

Is it possible for me to "move" as I've heard others describe it and receive these broadcasts from time to time? If so, how would that go down.

I'm a total noob at this, so your kindness is appreciated.

No, not legally.
