NBATV in Free Preview?

I recently switched from the flex pack to 120 plus in looking at any of the programming packages it does not show the NBA TV is included and I'm currently getting it is it in free preview?

It's not listed on their site or the freeview channel as being in Freeview and don't see it in the uplink reports. Enjoy it while it lasts... MLB EI is though!

Definitely not a free preview. At least, I am not getting it.
