NBA TV Free Preview from April 21 - May 5

According to http://www.nba.com/nba_tv/ there should be a free preview of NBA TV going on during those dates. Is Dish network just not participating in this free preview? It appears that there is no free preview of nba tv on Dish Net... eh... why?

Cause charlie is cheap and would not allow it? Or is it just that its hidden somewhere...

If this is true then I'm ticked because last night the NBATV channel carried the Cavaliers game. I even tried going to the channel last night just to see if it was available and it said I needed to subscribe.

I was going to ask about NBA HD. I thought it was on the NBA PPV station but doesn't show anything these days. What's up with that?
