After emailing the guy, on Monday Afternoon, I bought the Natsat 1000 receiver from at a hamfest without the receiver. I came home to a box with the remote on Tuesday. Talk about fast! I was able to find some time and play with it last night. It appears that I can add new sats and edit transponder lists.
I hope to take some notes and do a equipment review in a few weeks.
