Is this National Geographic channel a bandwith issue. They had the channel on number 77 for like a month with no actual programming. Then I got a sneak peak for a while and then nothing. What is the deal.

Is directtv short on bandwidth for adding HD channels or are they able to add them as they please without any new satillite launches?
