Two excellent films are showing on VOOM today Sunday April 24th. They are "Fiddler On The Roof" and "Nadine."
Jeff Bridges and Kim Bassinger play a separated husband and wife who get into all kinds of trouble as they try to pry apart their relationship but are held together by the common danger that surrounds them - namely murder. It's a comedy with a fine script and solid cast (Rip Torn is also in it) and provides a good time for all.
"Fiddler" is the classic musical play (still playing on Broadway) about the lives and fortunes of a Jewish Community in Russia during the Czar's reign. Some of our best songs have come from this musical and the choreography is also tops. A good experience for the entire family.
I am really going to miss these 11 movie channels. Hopefully some service will pick up the VOOM 21. Enjoy!
